Looking Glass - if you're in crisis, call 541-689-3111. Services include emergency shelter, independent living program, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, education & employment services, and much more

15th Night - get rapid access to resources and support services by calling or texting 541-246-4046. Services include shelter & housing resources, clothing & shoes, food, school supplies, counseling, transportation, employment & education support, and more

Connected Lane County - a safe space for youth located at 303 S 5th St. suite 150 in Springfield, open Wednesday & Thursday from 3-6 pm. Services include housing and healthcare resources, shower and laundry facilities, free snacks, help with resume & cover letter, job search assistance, job interview practice, skills training, career mentorship, college & scholarship application assistance, and much more

Youth Era - a drop-in center located at 44 W. 7th Ave in Eugene, open Monday-Friday from 3-6 pm for youth ages 14-21. Services include 1-on-1 peer support, resource navigation, free snacks, computer lab, study space, homework help, help with resume & cover letter, job interview practice, Wii games, and more

OSB Problem Solvers - free 30-minute legal consultation with a volunteer lawyer for youth between the ages of 13 to 17

ODHS Vocational Rehabilitation Youth Services - if you have a disability and are between the ages of 14 and 24, you can get help building job skills, exploring career interests and learning to advocate for yourself at work

Northwest Youth Corps - provides education and job-training experience that helps youth and young adults develop the skills they need to lead full and productive lives

ODI Clinic - support for students with behavioral health needs and treatment for teens with alcohol and drug problems

YouthLine - call 1-877-968-8491 or text teen2teen to 839863 for free teen-to-teen crisis support or just someone to talk to

LGBT National Youth Talkline - call 800-246-7743 or chat 1-on-1 with an LGBT peer
