The Springfield Eugene Tenant Association runs the only free tenant-specific hotline in the community. Our mission is partially to educate our community, which includes sharing what information we can learn from who contacts our hotline and why. Privacy is paramount at SETA and we will not release any personal information, but rather we share basic demographic information. We will submit a monthly report outlining what we hear on our free tenant hotline.
