Who We Are
The mission of the Springfield Eugene Tenant Association is to empower, educate, and assist tenants in our community. We can only be successful in the work that we do with a wide range of experience and knowledge our supporters have. We provide compassionate and empathetic support to tenants in our community while serving as an informational hub to our community partners. SETA is a key agency in the support of tenants for our community. SETA is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our priority is to serve people who are often unserved, unheard, disabled, vulnerable, and/or imminently facing homelessness.

Part-time; Hourly Position; Hourly Rate: $15.02; Application deadline: 06/15/2021
Position Objective: The Tenant Support Specialist is primarily responsible for recording and responding to calls, emails, and messages coming in through SETA's Tenant Hotline. Adequate training will be provided so that this employee is able to serve renters seeking help with a wide variety of issues. The Tenant Support Specialist reports directly to the Hotline Manager.
