The mission of the Springfield Eugene Tenant Association is to empower, educate, and assist tenants in our community. We can only be successful in the work that we do with a wide range of experience and knowledge contributed by our supporters. We provide compassionate and empathetic support to tenants in our community while serving as an informational hub to our community partners. As a certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization, our priority is to serve people who are often not or under-served, unheard, disabled, vulnerable, and/or imminently facing homelessness.

Tenant Education Director - Full Time: $21 - $24/h

Position Objective: The Tenant Education Director is primarily responsible for leading and managing the Education Program of SETA. They must be knowledgeable about landlord-tenant law, be able to use this knowledge to educate others, conduct program goal-setting and measurable reporting, and be the primary contact for our Education program. 

 

Grants and Development Coordinator - Part Time: $20 - $22/h

Position Objective: The Grants and Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for securing financial support for SETA by connecting with established funding sources. This position will be responsible for administrative work in researching, identifying, developing, reporting, and responding to public and private grant opportunities in areas that support SETA’s Mission. This position will work closely with SETA leadership in the growth of the organization and help support the organization in other efforts of development.
