The mission of the Springfield Eugene Tenant Association is to empower, educate, and assist tenants in our community. We can only be successful in the work that we do with a wide range of experience and knowledge our supporters have. We provide compassionate and empathetic support to tenants in our community while serving as an informational hub to our community partners. SETA is a key agency in the support of tenants for our community. SETA is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our priority is to serve people who are often unserved, unheard, disabled, vulnerable, and/or imminently facing homelessness.

Executive Director - .5 FTE

The Executive Director is the key management leader of the Springfield-Eugene Tenant Association. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and implementation of the strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include active fundraising, marketing, community outreach, and representation of the organization. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
