At SETA, we understand the challenges that renters face and we are dedicated to providing essential information and resources that empower renters and enhance their housing experiences. We do this in three ways:

 

Tenant Hotline: We offer a free 24/7 hotline that anyone in our community can call to ask questions and share concerns.

Tenant Education: Our educational materials and workshops cover a wide range of renter-related topics, including repairs/habitability, lease agreements, and other tenant rights. We also offer free Rentwell classes for qualified participants.

Community Engagement: Building connections and power among renters is at the heart of what we do. By fostering a supportive network of renters, local organizations, and other stakeholders, we aim to improve the overall rental experience and strengthen our community.
